What is Sacred Reset Day?
Sacred Reset Day is a 1-on-1 customised, 4-hour experience dedicated to YOU, your life and your calling – you and Haseena will gather on Zoom.
Can Sacred Reset Day be done on Zoom or is it an in-person session?
Both options work – anyone anywhere with an internet connection is able to book a Sacred Reset Day and you and Haseena will meet on Zoom.
How do you customise Sacred Reset Day to my needs?
You fill in a Personal Blueprint Questionnaire that guides Haseena as to who you are, what is important to you, and what type of reset you’d like. Using this info Haseena then creates a Personal Blueprint for you. You get a reset and a daily plan that slots into your lifestyle to keep you on track after.
What can I expect?
Depending on your needs and what resonates with you, your Sacred Reset could include a combination of: coaching, Truth-Walking practices personal to you, an embodied personal development session in the form of yoga and breathwork, Soul collaging, energy psychology and healing, and an Akashic Records reading.
Do we have breaks in between? 4 Hours is a long time!
Yes, there are bio breaks based on your needs so that you can take care of nourishing yourself. Haseena will also include some movement (if appropriate), breathwork, and short meditation to make your session spacious – your whole BE-ing gets to feel nurtured.
What do I need to bring or prepare beforehand?
Haseena will send you a personalised email with what to bring to your session – every part of it is about YOU! And don’t worry – you won’t need to buy anything for your session!
Will I have a workable plan to take home so that I can integrate my Sacred Reset into my life?
Yes. Along with coaching, and new techniques you learn to help you on your journey, you also get a Personal Blueprint to guide you through your daily life in a way that works for you. This isn’t a one-and-done – your Sacred Reset is the beginning of you bringing your dreams to reality.
What is the investment?
$497 for the full 4-hour, live, tailored experience, including your personalised blueprint and follow-up materials.
