Meditation is the act of liberating your thoughts and giving them permission to leave – it is one of the greatest acts of self-care and peace.

Meditation works on the mind and spirit to help you feel grounded and inspired.  It is a means to move you into a higher vibration and manifest the life you desire.

Every Monday, I do a free meditation to help you set your intention for your day and week.

Each Monday Meditation Magic includes a short yoga session to get your blood pumping, a breathing exercise to help you feel grounded and centered, as well as a meditation to help you create the week you desire.
